Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across the community, supervise staff and vendors, and ensure safety and compliance with all standards. The role involves managing service requests, preventative maintenance, and on‑site supervision under the Community Manager’s direction.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on‑site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and supervise staff and vendors.
• Respond to resident requests and manage work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget under Community Manager guidance.
• Lead unit inspections and ensure make‑ready readiness for new residents.
• Coordinate emergency on‑call coverage and respond to property incidents.

Education

EPA & CPO certification
