Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations across our communities. You will manage service requests, preventative tasks, staff assignments, and vendor relations, ensuring safety and quality in all work performed.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-site work with on-call responsibilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations, service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision.
• Coordinate with the Community Manager and vendors to ensure timely work order completion.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily to identify hazards and address concerns.
• Maintain an organized maintenance shop and inventory; monitor budget adherence.
• Participate in on-call emergency events and promote safe work practices.
• Plan and direct make‑ready activities and property improvements.
