Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at the community. You will handle service requests, preventative maintenance, staff supervision, safety compliance, and vendor coordination to keep properties in top condition.

You will work closely with the Community Manager, supervise onsite staff, manage inventory, and ensure timely completion of work orders while delivering excellent resident service and maintaining safety standards across the property.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform on-site software functions and basic computer tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance operations and respond to work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA standards across the community.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for hazards.
• Manage inventory and plan resources within budget.
