Job summary

Asset Living, a nationwide property management firm, is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations across our communities in the Atlanta area. You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, assist with make-ready tasks, and respond to resident requests under supervision.

The role requires on-site presence, high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety standards. You will join a team focused on proactive property care and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks.
• Perform daily on-site maintenance and make-ready tasks under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to identify hazards and safety concerns.
• Support safety programs and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and proper inventory.
• Assist in unit inspections and enforce community policies.
