Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a motivated Porter to support maintenance operations at our residential community in Duluth, GA. You will perform routine and corrective maintenance, assist with make-ready tasks, and ensure safety and cleanliness in common areas under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas daily.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Help ensure repairs and replacements are completed in a timely manner.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage at the community.
• Support customer service and maintain a positive image of the property.
