Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations across our communities in South Carolina. You will perform routine and cosmetic maintenance, assist in make-ready tasks, and help maintain common areas to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, supporting the maintenance team, and participating in on-call emergencies. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Community Maintenance: maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and safety compliance.
• On-call emergency support at the community when needed.
• Maintain professional customer and resident relations and enforce community policies.
