Job summary

Greystar in Glendale, AZ is seeking a maintenance technician to keep the community’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal in top condition and to support the service team.

You will inspect and clean common areas, assist with make-ready and turn processes for vacant apartments, and ensure doors/locks and pool gates operate safely. Safety training and resident service are core parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and respond to service requests.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep grounds and common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists with the make-ready process.
• Completes routine maintenance requests and helps with turn process.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates operate safely and per codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates with team.
• Escalates hazards to supervisors and follows safety procedures.
• Provides customer service by addressing resident questions and complaints.
• Attends safety meetings and complies with OSHA and safety policies.
