Greystar Worldwide, LLC is hiring for a maintenance-focused role within our residential community. You will maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal while supporting the service team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Daily tasks include litter removal, make-ready assistance, and basic repairs, with emphasis on safety, resident communication, and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining apartment communities or similar facilities.
• Ability to respond to maintenance requests and safety concerns.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community grounds, amenities, and common areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Remove litter, debris, and pet droppings throughout the day.
• Clear vacant apartments and assist in make-ready process.
• Perform minor service requests and support make-ready specialists.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates meet codes and safety standards.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
• Report hazards to supervisors and respond to resident questions professionally.
