Job summary

Greystar seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep communities clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will support the service team, handle turnover tasks, perform routine service requests, and ensure locks and pool gates are secure and compliant.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to keep common areas neat and litter-free.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and prepares units for turnover.
• Completes routine service requests as directed by supervision and supports make-ready processes.
• Changes locks and ensures pool area gates operate safely and per codes.
• Distributes notices to residents and communicates hazards to supervisors.
• Provides courteous customer service and assists residents with maintenance questions.
