Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate to ensure the physical aspects of the community are well maintained and curb appeal is kept. You will support service team members, handle make-ready tasks, and respond to routine maintenance requests.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license for property operations, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Benefits include comprehensive medical, time off, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to keep grounds and amenities neat and litter-free.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prepare units for turnover.
• Complete minor service requests and assist the make-ready process.
• Change locks and ensure pool gates meet safety standards.
• Distribute notices to residents and communicate hazards.
• Provide courteous resident service and address complaints about maintenance.
• Attend safety trainings and comply with OSHA and safety policies.
