Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community in top condition. You will patrol the grounds, perform repairs, and support the service team while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, assisting with make-ready turns, managing lock changes, and communicating hazards to supervisors. A valid driver's license and flexible schedule are required to serve residents effectively. Experience in property maintenance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep common areas neat and curb appeal.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist with make-ready turns.
• Complete routine service requests as directed by supervisor and assist the make-ready specialist.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates function safely.
• Distribute notices to residents as needed.
• Notify supervisors of hazards or safety concerns.
• Provide courteous resident service and address complaints.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA-related training.
