Job summary

Greystar in College Park, MD, is hiring a maintenance technician to keep the community’s grounds, amenities, and curb appeal in top condition. You will inspect daily, handle litter removal, assist with make-ready tasks, and support the service team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Experience in property maintenance or groundskeeping preferred.
• Ability to inspect grounds and assist service team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping common areas neat.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and assist the make-ready process.
• Complete routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Distribute notices to residents and report hazards.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA and related safety requirements.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and address questions.
