Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance/Porter-like role to maintain community grounds and amenities, support the service team, and ensure curb appeal. You will inspect, clean, and upkeep common areas while responding to resident inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.

The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with an onsite work arrangement and safety procedures in place.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and safety awareness.
• Good communication and ability to respond to resident needs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily to keep areas clean and presentable.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments and prep units.
• Complete routine service requests and assist with make-ready processes.
• Replace locks and ensure pool areas are safe and compliant.
• Communicate notices to residents and report hazards.
• Provide courteous resident service and handle complaints.
