Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to keep common areas neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists with the make-ready process.
• Completes routine maintenance requests and supports the service supervisor and community manager.
• Changes locks as required and ensures pool area gates meet safety standards.
• Distributes notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisors.
