Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a Lafayette, LA community. You will oversee maintenance staff, handle work orders, and guarantee safety and quality in both common areas and units.

The role requires EPA and CPO certification, HVAC knowledge, and basic computer skills to operate on-site software. On-site presence is essential, with strong organizational skills and OSHA & Fair Housing compliance a must.

Qualifications

• EPA and CPO certification required.
• HVAC knowledge desired.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and units.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests/work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for safety and liability concerns.
• Manage maintenance supplies and inventory within budget.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safety standards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide training as needed.
• Ensure top-quality customer service and resident relations.
