Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at the community, coordinating service requests, preventative work, and vendor activities. You will supervise staff alongside the Community Manager, ensuring safety, compliance with OSHA and EPA standards, and efficient operation of the property.

The role requires EPA/CPO certification, HVAC familiarity, and basic on-site software skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory within budget.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community.
