Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, service requests, and preventive maintenance at a multifamily community. You will supervise staff and vendors, ensure safety standards, and support the Community Manager in daily activities.

This role emphasizes on-site presence, asset protection, and reliable customer service to residents, with a focus on operational efficiency and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Fundamental knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and regular on-site attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and amenities daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory within budget guidelines.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Able to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills

Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
