Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and staff at our community. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination to ensure property upkeep and safety.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA/CPO certification, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. On-call duties and budget-conscious management are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate resident requests and work orders daily.
• Manage supplies and inventory within budget.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce OSHA guidelines.
• Handle on-call emergency responses at the community.
