Job summary

Woodmont Properties is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee on-site maintenance teams and ensure apartment communities meet company standards and legal requirements. You will coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance, and turn-overs, while supervising staff and contractors across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more.

You will manage schedules, safety compliance, and budget variances, reporting to the Community Manager and Regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industry experience managing a team of 2+ technicians, HVAC Certification Required (EPA).
• Internal Hire requires 2+ years as Maintenance Supervisor, HVAC EPA certification, 90 Day Step-Up Program.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property completion of work orders within 1 business day of submission.
• Ensure property completion of apartment turns within 6 days of move-out.
• Manage vendors and oversee budget variances and PO logs.
• Supervise maintenance contractors and on-site staff.
• Plan and coordinate snow removal and winter operations.
