The candidate should have hands-on maintenance skills across plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC, plus a High School diploma and a valid driver’s license. Experience with property management systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC.
• Understanding of federal and state apartment housing laws and safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and perform interior maintenance tasks.
• Good driving record and reliable transportation when required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Community Manager to meet property objectives.
• Ensure team adheres to standards, respond to resident service requests promptly and safely.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and prepare market-ready apartments.
• Analyze property management data and advise on financial concerns.
• Collaborate on capital improvements and oversee inventory control.
• Provide regular status reports on maintenance activities.
