Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Make Ready professional to support maintenance operations across properties. You will assist in corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring units are ready for new residents.

The role requires basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements, and reliable transportation. You will collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes to property standards.
• Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in.
• Repair or replace fixtures, paint, install appliances, check plumbing and electrical systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and model units.
