Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across communities. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, with emphasis on make-ready processes and safety standards.

You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to ensure timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and compliance with OSHA guidelines, Fair Housing laws, and property policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community grounds, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive and cosmetic maintenance as directed.
• Maintain safety logs and chemical records for pool.
