Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help to assist in the maintenance operations across properties. This role requires performing routine and cosmetic maintenance, making-ready units, and promptly addressing resident or management work orders under supervision.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-site duties involve frequent grounds care, safety practices, and collaboration with the Maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years in housing industry, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Ability to perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes including corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.
• Handle make-ready tasks and daily grounds maintenance in line with property objectives.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly; maintain safety and cleanliness of common areas.
• Inspect and perform repairs to maintain physical integrity of buildings, grounds, and facilities.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in upkeep, scheduling, and safety programs.
