Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support daily maintenance at our Houston community. You will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, ensuring clean and safe grounds and common areas.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. On-site work with potential on-call emergencies, with a comprehensive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes, including corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of grounds and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and service orders promptly.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
