Job summary

Asset Living is hiring for an on-site maintenance role in Houston. The role involves daily community maintenance, responding to resident requests, and ensuring safety across grounds and buildings.

You will assist in preventative maintenance and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to keep the property in top condition. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: clean, maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Inspect facilities daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and maintain organized shop.
• Support on-call emergency coverage at the community.
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations and enforce policies.
