Job summary

Asset Living in Humble, TX is seeking a Porter to assist with maintenance at our community. You will support routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires on-site presence, prompt responses to resident requests, safety compliance, and reliable teamwork. A High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance of grounds and buildings.
• Respond to resident requests and manage work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist in on-call emergencies at the community.
