Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related work experience preferred.
• May require valid driver's license and minimum auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Operates high-volume copy machines and performs binding/finishing work.
• Ensures convenience copiers function properly and quality is checked daily.
• Performs repair service on customer copier equipment.
• Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
• Distributes office supplies, mail, and faxes to recipients as required.
• Calculates charges and maintains billing logs.
• Responds to and coordinates service calls.
• Delivers completed jobs to customer locations within and outside the site.
