Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Resident Service Engineer for Indianapolis, IN. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining Packsize equipment at customer facilities.

You will troubleshoot complex mechanical systems, train customers, and build trusted relationships while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The position requires frequent travel to customer sites, weekend scheduling, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms.
• Knowledge of and use of hand tools.
• Knowledge of mechanical platforms.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• MS Office or Google Suite experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites and coordinate visits.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service.
• Train customers on product capabilities and maintenance.
• Write detailed technical reports and travel as needed.
