Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification or Associate Degree may be required.
• 2-4 years of experience in field service or related area.

Responsibilities

• Provides full range of Field Engineering support for assigned large/complex clients.
• Takes ownership of onsite service activity.
• Performs advanced maintenance on all products, including low-complexity installations.
• Provides technical feedback to improve service delivery and processes.
• Uses advanced tools to resolve client problems and conduct scheduled installs.
• Proactively supports team needs with technical assistance and expertise.
• Contributes to client service metrics reporting and documentation.
