Gr8ttek is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. You will perform hardware-focused break-fix services and troubleshoot to resolve client product issues. This role requires clear communication and the ability to complete all service-call tasks.

Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, you will handle calls, manage assets, and maintain documentation while following department guidelines. A valid driver's license and basic repair tools are required.

Qualifikationen

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant field experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and drive to client locations.

Aufgaben

• Provide hardware break-fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Complete administrative tasks for each service call.
• Manage asset control and inventory return.
• May provide guidance to colleagues.
