Job summary

A global workforce management provider is seeking a Field Services Technician in Fairbanks, Alaska. The successful candidate will provide computer support services both locally and remotely, including the delivery of new hardware and software. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of PC and printer hardware components, experience with Windows 11 and MS Office 365, and the ability to support Apple devices. This role may require occasional travel. A valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience with ticketing systems and providing desktop support.
• Familiarity with Windows 11 and MS Office 365 is essential.
• Strong understanding of PC and printer hardware components.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient computer support services to personnel.
• Deliver and configure new hardware and software.

Job Description:

• The Field Services Technician will support all personnel, both at local and remote locations, by providing reliable and efficient computer support services.
• These services will include the delivery of new hardware and software to desktops, and the configuration, installation, and maintenance of PC hardware and software.
• This position will include basic support of a large variety of desktop applications which include products such as Microsoft’s Office 365 suite, Microsoft Windows virus and threat protection software, and Adobe products in a Windows11 environment.

Additional responsibilities include

• Smart phone support and printer support.
• This position will require occasional travel to remote locations.
• Candidate must have a valid driver’s license. Vehicle is supplied by client.

Must Haves:

• Ticketing system experience
