Job summary

Scientific Games, Athens, OH, is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations, performing installs, removals, and preventative maintenance on communications hardware, POS and vending equipment. You will train customers, document service calls, and troubleshoot issues on-site.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, weekend/evening availability, and a clean driving record. A high school diploma and familiarity with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Background check, drug test, and clean driving record required.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, install, and relocate lottery retail equipment at customer sites.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers.
• Complete service calls with accurate logs and reporting of data communication problems.
• Troubleshoot all forms of communications within a retail location.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
