Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Strong customer satisfaction skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service calls at lottery retailer locations (installations, relocations, maintenance).
• Provide a positive customer experience using service and technical skills.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and peripherals with minimal supervision.
• Maintain vehicle records and complete service logs.
• Collaborate with Data Center to ensure timely retail visits and issue resolution.
• Document issues and propose solutions to management.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
