Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations in Marion, OH. You will perform installs, removals, preventative maintenance and on-demand repairs, while training customers on our equipment and solutions.

You will troubleshoot communications hardware, install terminals, manage vehicles, and maintain customer relationships. This role requires driving, weekend/evening availability, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency is required.
• Background check, drug test, and clean driving record are required.
• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong customer-facing and written/verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings; overtime as needed.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds; occasional ladder climbing.

Responsibilities

• Service calls at lottery retailer locations; installs, removals, and preventative maintenance.
• Provide positive customer experience using customer service and technical skills.
• Perform field repairs including installs/removals of terminals and communications equipment.
• Keep vehicle clean and logs; report data issues and propose solutions.
• Troubleshoot communications within a retail location.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; train customers as needed.
• Occasionally assist in training new team members.
• Occasional overtime and weekend/evening work as required.
