Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations in the Dayton area. You will perform installs, repairs, relocations of POS and vending hardware, conduct preventative maintenance, and provide customer training to ensure high satisfaction.

You’ll log service calls, troubleshoot communications, and drive to multiple sites daily. Requirements include a high school diploma, ability to drive non-CDL delivery trucks, and strong customer-service and

Qualifications

• Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Strong judgement and problem-solving skills to determine most cost-effective repair/resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair, installation, and relocation of equipment at lottery retail locations.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers on all equipment aspects.
• Troubleshoot communications within a retail location and report data issues to management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Occasionally assist in training of new team members.
