Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retailer locations in Coshocton, OH. You will install, remove, and relocate equipment including point-of-sale and vending devices, and provide training and preventative maintenance to customers on all components.

You will troubleshoot communications within retail sites, log service calls, and build lasting customer relationships while maintaining safety and driving records. Weekend/evening work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience troubleshooting computer software and hardware technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform client-site servicing, repair, installation and relocation of equipment at lottery retailer locations.
• Provide training and preventative maintenance to customers on all equipment.
• Record service call information and communicate data problems and recommendations to management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
