Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 0–1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards.
• Establish schedules and coordinate workers to ensure optimal shift logistics.
• Be accountable for site KPI and performance.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular progress reviews, coach, counsel, and recognize team performance.
• Support diversity and inclusion and improve internal processes.
• Address performance issues through corrective action and discipline when needed.
• Implement health & safety and security initiatives and enforce policies.
• Orient and equip Lead Hands with information and tools to perform their jobs.
