Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year in direct supervisory/leadership roles.
• 1+ year in transportation, warehouse or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of the workers.
• Accountable for site KPI performance.
• Collaborate with customers on operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings and coach for progress.
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives and improve processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations and address issues.
