Ryder is seeking a Manager Customer Logistics to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team, and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service. You will manage planning, scheduling, health and safety, and regulatory compliance within a Fortune 500 organization with 85+ years in business.

The role emphasizes staff development, international teamwork, and advanced knowledge of logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain components, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) advanced required.
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced required.
• Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced required.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate required.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required.
