Job summary

Ryder is seeking a skilled supervisor/manager in logistics to oversee on-site and on-call driver support at multiple locations, monitor activity via Radius and GeoTab, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The role includes staffing, planning, and performance development for both exempt and non-exempt staff.

Ideal candidates will have CDL/Class A, strong analytical and MS Office skills, and a history of driving efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• One year or more supervisory/leadership experience.
