Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to One year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to meet KPIs.
• Monitor progress, coach staff and recognize success.
• Maintain health & safety and adhere to company policies.
