Job summary

The position supports material movement, data entry in the inventory system, and coordination across departments to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate has experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations and can work independently in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, tracking, and processing inventory.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS and AvSight inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Enter and maintain inventory transactions within the company system.
• Scan, upload, and organize receiving documentation.
• Track inventory movement and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with shipping and outbound order preparation.
• Maintain organized inventory and documentation files.
• Support inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
