Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist for a Contract to Hire role in Tampa, FL. You will manage customer orders, coordinate with account buyers, and ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment while resolving issues and maintaining data quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supply chain-related experience.
• Proven B2B customer service experience.
• Hands-on Excel experience for data imports/exports and reporting.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP and reviewing T-Codes.
• Manufacturing purchasing, order entry and inventory knowledge.
• Strong MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple orders.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification.
• Independent, self-directed with cross-functional collaboration.
• Adaptability to changing processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders for an assigned regional team.
• Audit open orders daily and reschedule as needed.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy before shipment.
• Schedule dock appointments for CPU customers.
• Coordinate with Transportation for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with CX, Production Planning, and Warehouse teams.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies and obtain approvals.
• Support accounts receivable with invoice management.
• Maintain vendor sub-systems data accuracy.
• Use SAP T-Codes to identify pricing issues.
• Prepare internal and customer-facing reports in Excel.
