Job summary

Aston Carter in Newburyport, MA is seeking a Service & Logistics Coordinator to oversee customer equipment through the full service and repair lifecycle in a manufacturing and contract engineering environment. You will be the primary contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate records and proactive communication throughout each stage of intake, repair, and shipment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in service coordination, customer service, order management, logistics, or related functions.
• Experience coordinating RMAs, repairs, customer returns, or service orders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and solid documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for customer equipment entering the service and repair process.
• Review incoming equipment and initiate RMAs as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track equipment through the repair lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Testing, Assembly and other teams to route equipment appropriately.
• Monitor status and follow up to avoid delays in repairs.
• Act as main contact for customers regarding service status and timelines.
• Coordinate outbound shipping after repairs with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide support with service quotations and related order administration.
• Ensure records remain accurate and up-to-date across systems.
