Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice while building enduring client relationships in the local community. You’ll act as a bridge to the broader Intuit ecosystem, guiding clients toward bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, and you’ll participate in local events to grow the client base and brand presence.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including compliance training, up-skilling, cross-training of other products, and professional development
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term clients
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions
