Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll work with in-person and virtual clients, collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions. You will grow a local client base, participate in community outreach, and help clients understand holistic financial options across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning products.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit eco-system services such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences in meetings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
