Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, including complex tax situations and amended filings.

You’ll also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, reflecting a strong ownership mindset and local market focus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem like bookkeeping and payroll.
