Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Experience with 1040 returns and deductions optimization.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax location and hours as stated.
• Experience with tax advisory beyond filing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through Outreach and events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
• Engage with clients to understand their complete financial picture.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via digital tools.
