Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert advice, and engage with clients to understand their financial picture while collaborating with specialists across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will build a local client base, participate in community events, and represent Intuit in marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ federal/state returns).
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week, 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri; training completion required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Serve as the local face of TurboTax and maintain high client satisfaction.
