Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and support clients through complex scenarios while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You will build local client relationships, drive community outreach, and leverage marketing tools to grow the TurboTax practice.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) with strong tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns using professional software.
• Willing to upscale into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and act as a community ambassador.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and ensure year-round support and engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
